Anybody know the part number for the Tuscan short oil filter ?

I'm sure it's just a Rover engine jobbie ? Available as an unbranded part of the shelf from the local motorfactors but which one hey ?

thanks

Nick, yeah I tried them first but I couldn't see the part on the tvr gear dot com site, I'll phone them tomorrow - thanks for that

Terry the short oil filter is the standard part, one of the technicians at TVR Power suggested that I could use the standard Rover V8 oil filter which has a bigger capacity if I wanted greater filtration, apparently it would fit, but I don't know if this is a good idea, would work or not ?

Ok! It's made by several manufacturer's but I have one here made by Coopers part number Z501

They are very cheap from the motor spares place with a bell on the door and an oily counter!

Changed the oil today back to Castrol RS and it took a massive 7 litres! That's 1 more litre than it says in the book ?

I was told that it's a bit of moveable feast
