New order...the T550R
Discussion
T350 is sold.
Will go to the new owner end of September.
Don't know if it's a special, have heard about the option from several sources and decided that it's definately worth to have.
Will be at the factory soon to discuss everything.
Edited to add the specs:
Will go for silver or iced titanium with black and grey trim. Big breakes and aerodynmic package.

Blimey christof only to have your bank balance, or overdraft limit .
SO the rumours about super charging are true, quiet amazing .
if they sell enough of them can they enter them in the GT class at Le Mans, seem top recall its 4ltr forced induction or 6ltr NA, or is that for the big boys classes only .
Either way WAY TO GO TVR .

Can't help myself, I'm a TVR fanatic
Excuse is that I have to get one to show the customers.
Surprisingly enough we get a lot of interest from former Porsche and Ferrari owner who would like tu upgrade their toys.
We've sold only one standard Tuscan yet, rest are full equipped Tuscan S.
I know at least 3 customers who are very interested in getting their hands on a demo T440R.

Hi Christof
Good Man! I'm assuming you mean the supercharged 4.2 option of the 440 engine - was told about this at the factory visit a week or so back.
Apparently they still need to carry out viability tests and the like but definitely on the cards.
Also ordered a T440R but new '550' engine won't be ready by the time the car is (Spring 2004) - will have the option of retrofitting the new engine as soon as it's ready though! Can't wait

Based on how much money our business makes between now and March, I am well interested in a T440R... Won't be going for the big engine upgrade but definately big brakes, wheels, fuel tank and sound system!
Not sure of colours though... Maybe Gloss Black... With Red and black interior?

Bloody hell!! I am sure we would all want one, now where is the bank and dynamite!
Good effort.
If you need a getaway driver let me know. I was going to suggest selling my body but I would still be £74'999 short
I thought they were £74,995 to begin with

PS sorry for the bad joke just couldn't resist .
Just out of interest, anyone care to offer predictions to the performance figures of this supercharged 550bhp version - should it go ahead of course. In comparison to the published figures of the 'standard' 440 (0-100 less than 8.0, 215mph top whack) I guess it could approach McLaren levels?
