I've recently noticed a rattling sound when I start up and more so when driving down the road. Just went into the garage...once again to see if the TVR I have in the garage is truly real...have to keep pinching myself that I own a 'true' sportscar! and jammed between the front grill and front diffuser I notice a screw was loose shone the torch into the grill and noticed anther screw on the opposite side loose as well!!

Any ideas? What is hidden behind the grill? as I noticed some parts in there but couldn't see what they are, when I put finger in grill to move whatever it was it was quite firm and not moving so....am puzzled!!

the alarm is inside the front o/s part of the grill. The radiator is also in there There is a metal frame that your front spoiler is attached to that is also inside the grill.

Is that any help ?

Alan

I had a rattle and it was the airbox. The catches have to be secured down with zip ties but if one breaks the catch comes undone and the catch just his the bulkhead and causes a rattle.

Also the the airbox is not secure and some dirt could get past your filter and sraight into the throttlepods, so take the bonnet off and check this if its not the two screws you found...

Check your headlight access panels, I just found my offside one loose and rattling, and the screw was behind the holy grille
