Self steering Tuscan!!!
Discussion
I have notived recently that when travelling at a decent speed, say
70 ish, when I accelerate the car pulls to the left and when I back
off it dives quite noticibly to the right!
It's all rather alarming, do we think something is about to drop
off / has snapped and is about to dump me into the barrier or do we
think, as I do that it's a suspension alignment thing?
Any similar expierences or views?

Yes.
Maybe its 'only' a worn bush but this might also be a sign of imminent catastrophic failure. There aren't *many* things that can cause this sort of behaviour and none of them are good.
