KPH TO MPH

I notice that my analog needle is in mph, but the digital is KPH. Does anyone know hoe to change the digi to MPH?

2 of the screens display speed, the screen with all info on has speed in mph, 2nd reading down (I think) and the screen with distance, outside temp has the speed in kph. Analogue is only in mph.

Why do I know this, 'cos I wanted to know where I found a kph reading for driving in France on another post a few months ago!

Also, the screen with the trip meter has the speed in mph too!

So 2 screens with mph and 1 screen with kph, plus the needle in mph
