2nd gear dislodging

Has anyone else seen this before?
Sometimes when at low speeds(is there such a thing in a Tuscan!) my gearshift pops out of 2nd. This of course can be a tadge anoying especially when turning in to a junction!!
Anyone suggest a cause?

I'm sure I've seen a post relating to 5th gear becoming disengaged...

Do a search on all forums as I think it was on the Cerbera forum. The guy had a speed six cerbie which popped out of 5th and the cure was relatively simple...
