Anyone had problems with their LCD display?

I have a couple of lines that have given up completely and lots more that only start to work once the car (and display?) has warmed up

Wondered if anyone has experience of re-soldering the connections or anything like that - or (worse case) a replacement price

Cheers
Graham

I had the same problem. The whole pod went back to Blackpool and the repair was paid for by my (Warranty Holdings) warranty. I don't think it's just a dodgy soldered joint, it's probably deep withing the LCD matrix itself.

The reason I think it might be a connection thing is that when the pod is cold (i.e. first thing as the car lives on the road) then I get lots of lines not working, but as it warms up the lines come back in to play, leaving me with just a few not working.

I guess this could still be an internal thing though - looks like it might be a call to the dealer to get a price - if you do get it fixed, can you let me know what they do and what WH get charged if possible - thanks
