Oil and things

Checked my oil yesterday and the level was very low. The car has done 2000 miles but the invoice from the 1000 mile service says they put in Monil 1 0W40 oil and the manual says it should have had Mobil Super 15W40.

DO dealers normally go straight to Mobil 1? Used no oil during running in and was full last weekend, now low, do they normally burn oil this quickly?

Lastly noticed when cleaning the car last night that the tyre/arch gap on the drivers side is about 4 inched whereas its 1 on the other side. Parked on a flat surface. What could cause this?

Your arch gap issue could be that someone heavy has been sitting in the passenger seat !

My Cerbera (sept 2000) car and Chimp450 (Oct 2001)both had uneven body panels but not as bad as that I will check my Tuscan.....
