Fuse box layout

Following a failure of the power steering on my Tuscan 2 S Targa yesterday, I started with checking the fuses. This is where it became interesting as the fuse box layout diagram I had was from a MK2 with the pod dash not the curvy convertible dash as no manual was supplied with the car . From previous topics on this I know there are two fuses one directly from the battery (80 amp which is OK) to the power steering pump motor (via relay contact) and one to supply the relay coil now it’s this one I am trying to locate, in true TVR style this one is generally piggybacked off another fuse so far the contenders from other topics are:-

Fuse No 28 Heater which is OK

Fuse No35 Relay Ignition Supply which is OK

Fuse No 36 Lambda Heaters no fuse fitted.

Even with a fuse fitted in position 36 still have no PAS & I can’t believe this gives the supply to the Lambda sensors any more or the engine would not run so well.

Can any one else with a 2006 Tuscan confirm if there fuses are as follows:-

All other fuses in the fuse box are OK and all other electrical systems are working correctly, so there is possibility that there is another fuse somewhere else that supplies the PAS relay coil.

The only other simple suspect is the relay itself, although would like to confirm the power supply to it first.

Sorry Nick I hadn't seen this post before...but searched for PAS problems. My fuses are different to yours and to the old owners handbook...Pos 34 is empty, Pos 35 is 30 Amp the others appear the same...So I appear not to have a Fuel Pump Fuse (??? My fuel pump does work???) and the Relay Ignition supply instead of 10 amp is 30....Well thats TVR for you....I'll try and find out next week what the difference is between the old Handbook and a Vert 'S'.
What was the fault with your PAS at the end of the day????

Keith It would appear that all the Vert and 2006 Targas are not as per the MK2 fuse box diagram i.e. they do not have what is indicated as a 'Fuel Pump' fuse (mine works as well!!) and an empty position at 34 & a 30 Amp fuse at position 35. Mine did actually have a fuse in position 36 for the Lambda heaters & PS relay coil supply, but I mixed this up with the fuse in position 34.

Resurrecting this thread, for comparative purposes. I recently has cause to catalogue my fuse ratings and compare them against my MK 2 manual. The following differences were noticed. I wonder if othe people have the same differences?

Sidelamp 12v to dash 2 = 30 should be a 10
Side Lamps 5 `= 15 should be a 7.5
Hazards + alarm / indicators 6 `= 20 should be a 15
Dip Beam 10 `= 10 should be a 20
Radio / Booklamp / Courtesy Lamp 11 `= 20 should be a 15
Main Beam 13 `= 25 should be a 15
Cigarette Lighter 20 `= 7.5 should be a 10
Fuel Pump 34 `= 10 should be a 20
Relay Ign Supply Fusebox 35 `= 30 should be a 10

Some of the fuse ratings seem to tie in with the later fuse box layout this is from a Sagaris/T350 & MK3 (wavy dash)Tuscan:-
