Jez's Sun Visors
Discussion
Yes we have a possible interest. Pick up the new Tuscan S tomorrow and noticed during an earlier test run that there were no sun visors. The dealer is talking about having a grey tint on the upper part of the screen but not sure that will help too much. Presumably you couldn't use standard but good quality visors from say an Audi or something as they would be too deep and would obscure most of the screen?
Chaps, there must be companies already producing these e.g. for the kit-car market? Certainly there was a firm in the 60's called DESMO (hands up who remember them!) who made them, and what about AC Cobra (look alikes) and Lotus 7's they have little sun visors screwed to the windscreen surround don't they? Try the classic car mag's and people who specialise in 60's style bolt on stuff - Just a thought? Rich... p.s. The Griffith, of course, being a more thorough design already has them
Ok guys, there seems to be plenty of good feedback here. I will mail a few 'manufacturers' such as Zertec, Leven etc and see if they have the capabilities to make them..
Can you guys drop me a quick email with the subject - I NEED TUSCAN SUN VISORS!
Then I can get a definitive figure!
Cheers!
