Anyone experienced the sporadic EFi warning display, no real pattern but started after idling speed adjustment? Dealer wants it back for 12k miles valve adjustment - new one on me, not an excuse to make some dosh I trust! - so they'll fix problem I hope, fairly common fault they tell me?

Hey,

It happened on mine whilst I was abroad and I rang the dealer of course.
It's probably just a minor glitch in the injection system. The slightest misfire and the efi warning will permanently be on until the dealer zeroes it. I shouldn't worry too much but probably a good idea to bring it in as and when you can.
Happy driving!

Oil preasure sensor connection had been knocked loose, thus reading 99psi. Apparently most sensor faults will pull up the efi code. Once pushed back on it dissappears. It didn't need reseting. Although I think it will log the fault till the next service.
