Aren't they also known as Car Bras?
The stone chip issue is really an airfield problem as most trackdays at proper circuits are good surfaces unless you visit the kitty litter! You could just pay more and go on 'proper' circuits
One issue to be very careful of is cooling. TVRs are not exactly known for not getting high engine bay temperatures and any appendage would have to be very carefully designed so as not to obscure air vents.

Try www.armourfend.com - costs about 400 quid for the front of a Tuscan S (inc. the lower splitter).
My last car was a Boxster S with the aerokit (very low at the front), had the bumper covered and it completely stopped all stone chips.
Its hardly noticeable, I would recommend you get them to fit it though, looks pretty fiddly.
Cheers..
