Finance deals?

I'm looking into buying a new Tuscan S in the next few months, and would be looking to get it on finance (probably with a 20-25% deposit).

Does anyone know if the finance deals offered by different dealers are all the same, and has anyone managed to negotiate a better deal, or are these non-negotiable?

Also, what sort of deals have people managed to get with buying the car? I'm guessing there are no discounts off list price (although please let me know if I'm wrong!), but what about free accessories like Armourfend etc...? I'd be buying new, with nothing to P/X.

Arent all the dealers now tied to TVR Finance?

They launched August last year and I would have thought this is what they are going push wholeheartedly. They will also offer a couple of alternative lenders for B paper candidates I would have thought, albeit at about 15%.
