Has anybody tried to change the colour of their dash from the standard green?

As nice as it is, I really like the blue of my Golf (Which I'm selling by the way!).

Any thoughts on if this is possible?

Working on that at the moment, but they are assembled with tons of LED's to produce the green light effect which means all the led's will need replaced. Also will have silver dash available instead of brass which will compliment the blue lighting, will let you know as soon as on cost and timescale.

When I was up at the factory on the 14th Feb, the person who puts together & tests the front dash told me that they have been experimenting with blue lighting...but that they had been told to keep it green...for the time being anyway.

A couple of spare ones for the washers too?

What, I wonder, is the determining factor for choosing a lighting colour anyway?

I have a radio facia (Pioneer, I think, hardly ever use it) that I know you can change from orange to green - why don't TVR do something like that, you could have different moods.....

(sorry - just daydreaming...)
