Hi guys,

As promised, I have posted some (er..many) pics of my Tuscan S in build at the Factory. Lisa gave me the tour today and was quite surprised to see it at the end of the line....being tuned for its first run today!

http://community.webshots.com/user/mansonaalf

It has caused quite a stir at the factory due to its specification. The colour is Cascade Copper, the interior is all black...with subtle burnt orange stitching and burnt orange piping on carpets.

The factory have changed all the interior brass fittings to aluminium (including the speedo) which looks great..the idea that the black interior shows off the aluminium and contrasts with the black wheels.

As I left the factory, it went past me for its first run...was I jealous!! Anyway gets delivered to Castle TVR next week in time for the 01/03. Castle will be fitting sport exhausts and colour coding the front diffuser.

Will post more pics when its delivered...or until you are all bored with them

Personnel preference Gemini I guess...

For me its either eye catching on the exterior or interior but not both. I wanted a 'mean' looking effect which the guys at the factory and Castle think we have created...

Just shown Mrs Beano.

Her comment was: "Why can I hear the theme tune from "Shaft"?"

Edited to point out that I think I like the colour even more now .....

You've gotta say, this is why TVR commands such fierce loyalty; the intimate association between father & child as the latter's conception is performed, birth observed and then final umbilical separation achieved; proud parent then zonking orf thither at full lick.

A truly outrageous colour scheme! Excellent!

Blimey Alf...that was quick! I bumped into you at Castle when you were choosing colours, and that was only 3(?) weeks ago!?!?!

Car looks beautiful...look forward to seeing you on the roads around our way.

Blimey.. Alf,

This motor is going to need a 'Lampost Disclaimer' - ..The owner takes no responsibility for personal injury to pedestrians caused when walking past this car with their jaws open...

The Ministry of Transport might have to alter road layouts specifically for you..

The implications of driving this motor naked like this are endless!

That isn't a colour - that's a vision, an artwork

Are you a TVRCC member? I can see this one being on the front cover of Sprint in a couple of months time. When we said "come back to us with pictures" - we had in mind a single pic of a lonely looking Tusk shot under a tree in park somewhere, we didn't expect the photograhic equivalent of the Third World War!!

Uuuumm! lets wait for the park shot!!!

well done (now lost for words)

Tks 21TVR,

Yes I am a TVRCC member of the Mid-Essex meet. Previously had a yellow Chim which got into the Sprint mag when I represented TVR at Rockingham last year taking the Indi car drivers around.

Would be 'cool' to see this on the front page of Spint in the future (praise indeed)...therefore I will to do the obligatory tree shot...as have no mountains in Essex as a backdrop

Alan.
