I was in the same situation and after much searching found a very useful site.

www.radardetectors.co.uk.

If you need advice then mail Steven. He has been very helpful with information on all sorts of issues. Lots of info on their site and the best prices I have found so far.

I've just got an Origin Blue i and it's superb.
It's another one of the GPS based devices like Goedesy and Road Angel.

Main reason I went for it was that it has a remote aeriel so you can wedge the main unit neatly into the Tuscan's dash tray just to the right of the steering wheel and have the aeriel bit, which is actualy more like a book of matches, tucked under one of the shift light pod legs.

Makes for a neater, more discrete install that the others where the aeriel is built in so the whole unit has to go dash top.

Also Costco (trade warehouse) have them in at the moment for £293 inc VAT which is a near £100 saving!

I've got an Origin Bluei as well. Superb thing it is! Bought mine from radardetectors.co.uk but wish I'd known about the place Bertie bought his from first...
