The factory is not letting anyone drive the demonstrator as it is so badly built and has the wrong engine in it. It is really only for show and would give a bad impression to a potential buyer.
Runours are that the first cars will be delivered from about March onwards, which probably means at the end of next summer.
I was going to order one, but to be honest I think an Ultima or a Stealth would be a better bet (less to go wrong).
The factory want to control the work that is done on any TuscanR, so I would have thought for every day one is driven on the road it will go back to the factory for 2 weeks ;o)
Cheeky comment I know, but when I actually work out the time my tuscan has spent back at the dealer or factory, it works out that a higher percentage has been spent 'off the road' than on.
Still they are great cars, we cant deny that.

Fernhurst had the same car for a couple of days after goodwood festival of speed. Aparently they had strict instructions from the factory not to take any customers out in it. The build quality was v.bad but it is only a prototype I suppose. The engine kicked out around 500BHP and went v.well.
Interestingly they had thicker tyres on the 18" wheels (as used on tuscan), rather than the standard skinny ones.
The front spoiler is awesome in the flesh. Front headlights are the bees knees too, they will hopefully remove the rivets for the final versiosn.

Got an estimated cost for your new tasty mods? Is there any chance of xenon beams on dipped beam rather than main beam? Anyone thought of 19" wheels on a Tuscan or will that totally bugger up proceedings?
