No reply from TVR yet on this one, so I figure this is the best place to ask.

Can someone please tell me how wide a Tuscan is (at it's widest point) ? I'm going on my 1st Tuscan viewing trip this weekend, but before I get too carried away, I'd like to know it's going to fit in the garage !P)

Thanks a lot,

Martin

don't have the handbook to hand, but 6ft dead (mirrors included) I think, cause there is a road close to me with a 6ft 6ins narrow spot, and I have been a little concerned about going through it...

It definitely fits through 7ft gaps (again road with a narrow spot near me)...hope that helps

"Never mind the width, feel the quality"

(Now, where did that quote come from?)

Width (inc. mirrors): 1810 mm

They're actually quite narrow compared to many sportscars.

Mine fits fine in a standard width single garage.

No problems fitting a Tuscan into a standard single garage (though a bit more of a snug fit than the Griff was), but you may want to put some carpet or other soft material on the wall next to the drivers door - saves chipping the paint when trying to extract yourself from the car. Being paranoid, I also positioned a mirror in the left hand corner of the garage so that I can see exactly how close to the wall the front left corner of the car is.

No problem..
I already have the carpet on the wall by the drivers door and a string plumb-line hanging from the ceiling about 6 inches before the end wall

Looks like the Tuscan will fit ok, though it's definately going to be a bit snug.. damn modern garages *mumble mumble*

Cheers for all the responses,

Martin
