EVO - V positive Tuscan buying guide
Discussion
Evo just came through the door today.
There is a very positive Tuscan buying guide (6 pages.
It confronts any percieved reliability issues, and puts this in contextagainst relative performance/reliabilty vs much more expensive, but similar performing exotica (see previous month supercar for 50k article)
Prices might start firming now.

Sounds good. I've tended not to bother buying EVO anymore, since they started to spout pretentious bollocks about evoness, and since they started making pretty much all their published material available online for free at www.evo.co.uk
You don't even need to bother registering. Just type in a random username, and off you go! Only problem is, it tends to be behind the times a bit, and I can't find any of the buying guides. May have to make an exception to my rule if I want to read this.

They must have done a fair amount of research. It covers most issues when buying a used tuscan, including explaining about red-rose, S, 4.0, 3.6 engines overlap. The prices section is about right, checkpoints section is fair, and half a dozen very postive owners feedback section. Whilst not ignoring the rebuild issue.
It's as least as good as the Griffith article they did a while back.
The 'evoness' nonsense I just tend to ignore, but this and other articles do seem to be very much in the spirit of pistonheads.

Not the end of the world, just would have been nice. I corresponded with blokey from Evo after he posted the request who tried the Gassing Station because he knew it was the place to find some friendly Tuscan owners.

Off to read the article now.

Yes, Luca, your car is gorgeous.
May I say, that you also have the most unfeasibly neat garage in the galaxy? HOW do you keep it so tidy?
Tips please!
