Has anybody changed there rear driveshaft CV joints, mine have lasted 250 miles since the chassis rebuild. I could do with some advice on where to get some good quality parts, not that the ones i purchased were cheap.

Which ones did you fit?

There are plenty of places that supply the OE GKN ones. They are Porsche 930 fitment.

How have the Racetech ones failed? Has something broken?

There is play in them, they click when they take up load or you come off the throttle

I've just done 100 miles on Motaclan ones without any issues:

Unless you upgrade to stronger cv joints which is pointless unless you are running big power, GKN branded cv joints should last for a very long time. 108mm x 40mm, as other have said, commonly known as 930 cv's. Are your bolts nice and tight? Well packed grease and the correct type is important.

The way it's gone with this rebuild it wouldn't surprise me that the rebuilt diff was faulty. I purchased good quality CV joints, I just can't see them failing after less than 300 miles

CVs leaked over time creating a layer of thick dry grease with Road dirt =)
This was only the case for the outer CVs, didn't change the inners which are less prone to wear. I also changed the rear wheel bearings and hub since the CVs were getting changed.
