Good morning fellow TVR fans.

I drove my 2006 Mk3 wavy-dash Tuscan (same instruments as the Sag and 350C) the other day and noticed the fuel display read "0L" despite the tank being full. The drive before is was reading correctly.

Any ideas why? Could it be a sender issue, or a fuse, or.....?

Any help and advice most welcome.

Had this with my 2006 Tuscan S , the fuel level sender had to be replaced. Quite easy to access and did not take long to replace.

Thanks for the quick reply NCE 61.

Did you replace it yourself? If so, can you give me a quick guide as to what to do. I'd be very grateful.

Also check the sender wires haven't been disturbed in the boot ... under the flap if it's like my convertible .

I noticed the problem on delivery day and was soon sorted by the dealer, it’s just under the flap on the boot six or so M5 screws hold it in place, but as said check the two wires on it first as could just be a bad connection.

Thanks to you all, I found the issue. The connector had come apart. Simple.
Easiest fix ever. Now I know where to look if it happens again.
