What do the dealers / TVR need to know in order to send out a new key and button for a Tuscan?

There doesn't seem to be any unique ID on my key, but there seems to be a few serial numbers on the circitary inside the key.

Does TVR have a record anyway or will they need one of these ID's?

How long does it take them to ship the new set?

You would need the Meta code card (red plastic card) , which gives details of the key & alarm, this should have been given to you by the dealerprevious owner when you bought the car.

ah cool,

I got 2 META SYSTEM red and yellow card in the manual saying how to use the system, is it these you are talking about? If so I cannot see a unique ID, only a code on the bottom right that differs between the 2 booklets
