Your a wise man NUBBIN, glad to see someone has taken heed, go for a 4.2/4.5 Cerbera or a good old Rover v8 TVR.

Hi Rob I am interested in getting onto the yahoo forum. I am looking to buy a car in Sept with the view to taking back to NZ the long way (via Europe then across the USA). However, there are many issues to be overcome. Pioneering spirit aside, I want to eliminate as many of those issues (primarily around the engine concerns and servicing) as possible to assist in making the journey a highly rewarding one.
