Convert Cerbera MBE941 ECU for use with Tuscan

I was just wondering if it is possible to convert an MBE 941 ECU out of a Cerbera (single 55 pin connector) for use in a Tuscan mk1. I was thinking the ECU PCB is the same for both cars (the ones with the same connector format) with just the EPROMS being different. If the EPROM out of a Tuscan could be copied and then transplanted into a unit from a Cerbera then a spare could be made.

Anyone done this before? I'm familiar with EPROM backups from the Chimaera cars.
