Hi, I recently bought a TVR Tuscan, and imported it to Norway. Driving from the UK to Norway went smoother than I could have imagined, and I already love the car!
As I was showing it to a car interested friend of mine, he was wondering how to open the doors, a bit cocky I replied "I'll give you a couple of minutes", with a confident smirk on my face. He tried pushing the door in to see if that would open it.
However it seems that it damaged the solenoid, or the small metal pin sticking out from it, and the emergency release seems to have stopped working as well when I tried to fix the problem. Anyone else encountered something similar? What can I do to fix it? Is it possible to unattach the part of the locking mechanism connected to the car? How do I get access to this?
