The Pioneer radio in my Tuscan is next to useless. I suspect It''s the antenna setup or lack of it rather than the radio, so I''d like to try an internal amplified antenna or anything else to improve reception. I understand that the radio is difficult to get out so I may have to splice into the antenna wire that runs up the LH door pillar. I''ve seen a couple of cars with small antennas on the roll bar. If anyones got any ideas and tips or has made improvements already I would like to hear from you.

My radio is equally poor, but I've just had the sports exhaust conversion, and now I don't even bother turning it on !!

Try getting them to fit a standard aerial inside the rear roof bar, tucked inside it will not look stupid and should help, Richard Prebble did this with his Cerbera and while it is not perfect, it did improve things, take a look at http://www.fc.net/~imaster/ ================ Graham and Rosie

Why don't you just play CD's/Minidiscs? Some good Rave/Jungle/House/Rock and you'll be doing 120mph+ in no time!
