.....when they hit the road at 80mph!!!!

Driving home from golf today with by boot full of my clubs, trolley and a bag of scuba diving gear I had to have the roof on and the rear screen in

As I overtook a car on a dual carraigeway there was a pop and a whooshing sound and I looked in my wing mirror to see my rear screen bouncing along the road.

Fortunately when I manged to turn round and go back and retrieve it, it had bounced to the side of the road just by a layby. It now has a few more scratches and a couple of chunks out of the edges but it still fits okay.

I have been having trouble with a new catch I fitted not closing properly so I guess this came undone and the screen slipped down. It also coincided with a sudden loud bassy bit of music so maybe the pressure of my sub-woofer and 6x9 rear speakers was too much for it to take.
