Hello all I started my Tuscan today after a flat battery and the indicators are on solid
I.e not flashing ,on permanant I disconnected control unit for alarm and indicators were off
Then I tried the next day connecting control unit and same fault back on solid .
I disconnected fuses and relay still on any ideas ?

It sounds like the relay inside the alarm unit that controls the flash on arming is stuck. I had to pull the fuse on mine for the same reason and haven't had it sorted yet.

It means a new alarm unit as the relay isn't replaceable.

Ok makes sense .
Due for mot now I should have kept the charger on

Just found this I took alarm apart and googled relay number need to solder it in though .

The flasher unit is housed inside the drivers side door pillar. About one foot from the floor. Try there. I gave a spare if you pay postage to and fro.

HI your problem is (see this link) http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... its an easy fix and will only cost £10-15 todo give me a shout if you have any issues

There really should be a Wiki for all the fixes on here, I have put a number of fixes on here and there are many others but you really have to trawl quite a bit to find anything

That's good to know as last time this came up I was told the relays were not available. I can get mine sorted out now.
