Agree. Around £90 for it painted or powdercoated. Personally I prefer the colour to match that of the car. I thought the original red cover looked a bit strange. I've also got the TVR Ecosse sticker on the cover too in colours to match the speed six logo.

I did mine in the same colour as the car then did black crinkle finish on the plug cover and fuel rail. I then milled over the letters and ribs to get the bare Ali contrast.
I do like the polished one above. Knowing what a mess the standard casting is someone has put a lot of time and effort in to that!

This is one of the first jobs I did on my Tuscan - a bit daunting at first if like me you're a novice with the spanners (spoiler alert: no actual spanners are needed), but it's actually pretty straightforward.
