Yes it's Smolenski's old Tuscan, which I think was bare carbon at one point. He had an equally interesting T350 as well.

That monstrosity was on display at Tag 11 at Goodwood. What a fantastic weekend that was, what an incredibly hideous car that was. Very old news now.

I saw that at tag11 too. Wasn't it on the str8 six display. That was one of the best car days outside of the festival of speed I've been to. God knows why they don't do another one there.
