As the title really,

Can anyone give me any pointers to remove the boot badge on a MK1 Tuscan?

Cheers

Peel back carpet to the right hand side - there is a circular hole (at least in mine) - reach inside it towards where the boot badge will be - you can feel the two nuts that hold the badge in place (one on either side of the badge)

They probably can be undone by hand - be careful not to drop them! - they also have a spring/washer between the nut and the body shell.

Slide badge out (it has 2 screw prongs built into the badge that the nuts were holding in place).

When replacing - tighten nuts until they hold badge securely but do not continuously activate the boot.

The whole thing is simple enough to do by feel but I suppose you could cut a gap in the inner if you needed to.

Thanks Darren,

I thought it had to be something like that, I just wasn't sure of the best entry method.
