Warning code 22 power supply

When I turn the engine off I get Warning code 22 power supply on the pod display and the alarm beeper sounds.

The car electrics appear to to stay active. The whole car (measured at the battery) draws about 6a whilst the warning code 22 is on. Once I clear the fault by disconnecting then re connecting the battery wire this drops to 0.1 a

No amount of pushing the starter button, locking doors, stetting/disarming the alarm, turning on/off lights, using the off switch (the one with the key on the side of the pod) makes any difference

Except.. turning on then off the windscreen wipers clears the error and the car electrics all shut down

Error code 22 is not on the list of codes listed elsewhere and I dont know what it relates too

Any ideas?
