Found the water ingress!

And it's a good one! But no idea how I can go about fixing it
Both sides are pretty similar, and hopefully the pics will show kind of what's happening. The main seal that runs around the windscreen top edge and then down the A pillar is getting pinched. Water is getting into a small gap at the front of the and due to the pinching, the seal is then directing water down the middle of the pinched bit, and onto the inside edge of the seal. It's then flowing (not trickling.. flowing!) down the inside edge of the seal, before ending up somewhere insid the door card/front carpets.

So.... how should they be arranged!??

Cheers! Mine doesn't look too far off your 2nd pic, just that mine is pinching the seal a little bit more.
Had another look over the weekend and think I just need to extend the rubber block that is sikaflexed in between the panel and the targa seal like this one.

Might just add a thin flap across the whole thing so that it forces the water further down the A pillar. Just need a decent break in the weather!
