Bloody Wipers

My wipers have decided to only work on the fastest speed, they also do not park up where they should when you switch them off. They basically stop wherever you switch them off. I had a new wiper motor last year and have fitted a new vauxhall switch this morning and its no different.
Any ideas chaps. Cheers

I had this in my Cerbera and it was the park switch
