Has anyone had the head gasket fail? Or am i the first. 03. 9600 miles.

Your not the first, it has happened to a Tuscan s. Be aware, that the engine has to come out for the head to be done, the head skimmed. If you get a bad fit, then the head gasket will go again....

Back to the factory or TVR Power then?

Is that what it is then ? I heard from the dealer that you had put diesel in it instead of petrol. easy mistake Steve...

I suppose saying its the head gaskit is a good way of saving face..

Happened to mine earlier this year at almost the exact same mileage (after a few high speed runs at Bruntingthorpe). Required the car to take a trip back to Blackpool and took about a month.

I know of two others, both 03 cars, both tracked hard incidentally.

Steve - Are you sure it is the head gasket?
That's what I was told when my engine went. It ended up with a complete rebuild due to a broken valve !!
BTW - Should be picking it up next Friday.

Just been reading the threads with my brekkie and I noticed there is something missing from this thread compared to the other recent Speed Six engine threads ... a certain Noble owner with the name M12_Nathan hasn't come along and made childish comments yet.
