tuscan wont start

hi all i am after some advice as i am have some problems with my 2002 tuscan the car has been of the road for 2 years as i was having the engine rebuilt. i have fitted the engine back in the car which went fine only problem i had was the coil pack was cracked so have fitted a new one. but still have managed to get the car started after the rebuild pump is working the car is turning over fine but i don't seem to be getting a spark on leads 1 and 6 but 2345 are sparking i checked the leads and the plugs and there are all fine has any one you come across this problem before any help would be great thanks
