Hi All,

I recently saw a Tuscan with Flip Paint (65k miles) for sale in the classified for sale for circa £12 or £15k from memory from a private seller in Berkshire from memory. Does anyone know this car or if it sold? Would love to speak to the owner in case it did not sell.

It was like this one...

Do you remember if it was a Tuscan 'S'? If so it may be the same car Str8six have recently been offering?

I don't THINK it was a "S", but can't honestly remember. Are there any obvious differences on an S?

Cosmetically, a mk1 S has a vertical spoiler on the boot lid and different light configuration. Mechanically, slightly faster, bigger brakes, some other bits as standard that were option on non S cars.
Actually they also have a central winglet at the front too. I'll re check your pic.....

My pic was a stock photo (which actually belongs to another member on the PH forum - stunning car). The advert I saw was a totally rounded back end, no spoilers, so I assume a MK 1.

It doesn't have the front tray underneath but the front Grill has been modified, a common mod and one I actually prefer (await the barrage).
Nice car but as I said Str8six have a car with a similar spec. Well respected Indy and an easy google. I suggested on your AML post that they have a Cerb that may tickle your fancy too.
I bought my car from them and would highly recommend.

Thanks for the heads up, will have a look at their site now. EDIT: There's is 24k way more than the private advert I saw, which was also a fully working model with no previous damage frown

I think the one you're talking about was up for around £15k and it was in Reflex Purple. It was advertised as having featured in 'EVO' magazine too if that's the one?
Pretty sure the owner is a regular on here so may be along soon to answer your question!

I did ,and now have a ferrari F355.
I played with the idea to finally have some money in the bank to keep for rainy day(s) business wise BUT the money stayed in the bank account for around 3 day in total the draw of next car (dream car) was to strong.

You know when "somethings are meant to be" the perfect spec car came along JUST in my budget at completely the right time (or worse time depending on how you look at it) with all the correct work due which i could undertake (which would of only been done even if the car did not need it) and it had 12k spent on mainly parts by the very loving owner i bought from (PH member) and another 12k by owner before that totaling 6 years and 24k.

even my business friends/customers who followed the TVR Tuscan sale and F355 buy agreed its to much like fate and had to be done.

nice way to bring it back home to its family members too wink

Actually KDS have a festive prize giveaway to win a ride in the very car plus £300 of car care goodies, I wont post link as it may upset mods. Its on facebook search KDS keltec and you will find it thumbup

Thanks for the heads up I will have a look!
Sure whoever bought your car will be very very happy with it as it looked superb in every respect. Can't blame you for going for a 355, its my dream car that hopefully one day I'll be lucky enough to own.... But till then I'm on the hunt for another Tuscan.
