I have noticed that the Tuscan seems to have developed a leak at the bottom of both doors. The seal is relatively new but should there be a nick in the bulbous part of the seal to aid draining to the outside.
It looks like water is coming over the seal and resting under the carpet adjacent to the door aperture.
I have read before about the need to allow water out otherwise it will overflow but is this the case with Tuscans?

On mine the rubber seal at the top of the window was the culprit. The window glass was sliding up the outside of the seal rather than the inside. Somehow water tracked around the inside of the door to the sill and onto the floor when the vehicle is parked.
Having solved the stationary problem I was driving home in pouring rain a couple of weeks back the passenger side filled up like a plastic bath. So thats another issue.
