Any one traded in a Tuscan lately?Prices seem to vary vastly on cars for sale.I am thinking about ordering a Mk2 but not if I'm gonna get my legs cut off.Got a 2000 W with 7000 miles on the clock usual spec.etc.and am wondering what I might get offered.Guess if the price is s@@@e I'll wait till spring and go for a used S?

I guess there is vartiation between what people are prepared to pay for a car depending on colour, spec, age, history and condition. When it comes to trade in time, dealers generally offer about £4K less than they could reasonably expect to move on a given car for. Hope that helps.

Thanks.I'll see what they say.4K less than the main dealer prices would be OK from what I've seen so far.

I was quoted about £27k for mine, 7k miles 2001 reg last week. The Tusc 2 is to blame for lower secondhand values.

was that 27K against a newer car? It sounds very high as they are only fetching that sort of money retail.

I'd say fear over reliability from potential buyers was more to blame. Opinions on the Tusc 2's amended appearance don't seem to be universally "wow".
