Getting out your 50p for parking at the Park and Ride in Derby this morning. Nice sound! I was the bloke grinning at you inanely and getting on the Egg shuttlebus. Wasn't hard to work out who you were on Pistonheads from your Eurohoon stickers!

Ooooh.... my first spotted. Fantastic!

Didn't know we had a Chim at Egg. How come that's never in the car park??? We'll have to grab a coffee in PB3 sometime.

Daz - Yup, got it back on Thursday morning, all fixed and finally handling like it should.

Joolz - Slave cylinder went a couple of days into Eurohoon. And, you might be interested to know (although you'd probably rather not) that the front spoiler ripped off at 140. I've got the proper metal bar thingy on order, so I'll pop up when it arrives - you can take measurements of both the spoiler (it's still in one piece) & fixings then. As for the car feeling like all four wheels were pointing in the wrong direction... they were (again). Even after the laser alignment. Had TVR Power set it up while the clutch was getting fixed, and it finally seems sorted.

Krusty - You didn't waste any time buying the Carrera, did you? Looks lush.

And, best of all... Not only has the warranty company paid up on the clutch, but as of 6pm Friday my legal woes over it being missold to me are over; settled out of court with no legal bills.

Me & the Tuscan are now bonding, and the Autotrader searches for DB7s are on hold whilst it's on probation.
