Concerning the emergency entry and to whoever who has not cared yet:

As this usually happens when you are away from home, in nighttime when it is also raining heavily and you are already very low on fuel.

If you haven´t been there yet, check it out on a lovely quiet day at home and get everything prepared for the worst case.
And no, it makes no sence having the tools stored in the boot.
