Had my bag stolen in the city yesterday. Laptop, passport, house key and both the car keys and the immobiliser fobs. Not having much luck at all lately...

At the very least I guess I'll have to get a new immobiliser fitted, but also as the car is in an underground car park in central London with little headroom it might be difficult to recover to a different location.

Does anyone know of an alarm and immobiliser fitter who does such work in-situ?

Give Carl Baker a call (http://www.tvruk.tv/), I lost my keys with fobs last weeks, I had to unplug the alarm and drive it to him, but only took him 10 minutes to re program and provide 2 new fobs. He's mobile so may come to you

Thanks RyanW, I hadn't envisaged it being too easy to bypass the alarm and immobiliser, but if I can get mobile it will make this task a lot easier!

Will give Carl a try today... don't think I'll be in shape to make it to the Festival of Speed on Saturday though. Oh well...

Well, I'm finally fully alarmed and immobilised again.

Back with an OEM Meta System, salvaged the existing alarm too.

David Fairclough helped me out with this. Went the extra mile to make sure I could get moving and secure as quickly as possible. Would recommend, especially if you're close to Central London.
