Putting her away last night, as I do every night, I got a little close to the garage wall and scuffed all around the wheel arch . Been to a body shop today and they estimated about £200ish with the paint costing about £90. Now does anyone have any ieda how much a pot of Pearlescent Rosso no.3 should cost?

Don't do it yourself unless you're seriously skilled! It probably won't be simply a matter of taking an off the shelf colour and slapping it on, if the colour's faded at all by the sun, etc. it may not be a close enough match...

See if they can do you a deal on getting rid of stone-chips, etc. at the same time, rather than just a repair. Might make you feel better.

I know it sounds crazy & obviously havent seen it but get flying colours/equivalent to have a look. My colleague did what looked like a terrible scrape in his elise & they did an amazing job on it for about £120

I heard the Pearl Rosso was the most difficult to match.

Thanks, wasn't even begining to think about doing it myself but I just thought the paint would be more expensive than that, shouldn't complain really.
