since my accident and I still haven't got my car back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently the biggest problem has been TVR being unbelievably slow in sending out the required replacements--new bonnet(s) front sll,new wheel, suspension struts, etc etc. This has pretty much made up my mind to sell the beast if it ever sees the light of day again. When you're originally told 3 mnths then at the end of every month you get told"will be about another two weeks," it wears a bit thin. Mind you on the upside I did get a courtesy car on the 28th of May--you see they didn't have any before that date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Un friggin believable.--Sorry but its an M3 --I just give up with TVR.

That is totally unacceptable, I would be taking a pop at TVR and would threaten to sue for loss of use. Six months for parts is in no way an acceptable delay and I'm pretty sure that a judje in the county court would take the same view.
Mine is in for body repair at he moment, still waiting for approval from the insurance company. But once that is done I will be asking for days for deliver of parts etc. If they are not met then the escallation procedure would commence. I'm currently driving a hire car (on the other persons insurance) that is costing aprox £1200 a week, so I'm not going to let this drag on otherwise the ins. company will be saying that it is an unreasonable length for hire. I believe that they will only tolerate 18 weeks which is cutting it fine for a TVR repair at the best of times.
It's no wonder that you are a bit ticked off!
I hope you get it sorted and it makes you feel better
