KPH/MPH/RPM numbers

As my pod LCD is failing, and in case the speedo sensor goes on the trip down to Le Mans, I've calcuated various speeds and rpm figures. I reckon I should be able to see the big RPM readout even if most of the lines drop out. The figures look kind of right for the standard box - I'll check tonight - but I can't check the close ratio box figures.
You'll have to reformat this to make it pretty as the spaces seem to get stripped after posting.
