The small chrome nozzle for one of my headlight washers seems to have popped off (probably due to getting frozen during the recent cold weather).

Anyone know where I can get a replacement part? Looks like it should just push one, so a job even I should be able to DIY - OPC are quoting around £140 to fit it redface

I have exactly the same problem, have you had any luck trying to sort it? I don't want to spend £140 for a whole new unit if you can just get a spare nozzle

Slighty off topic but ...
Had my car MOT'd recently & was informed the headlight washers werent coming on. Was told that was classed as a fail (Northern Ireland test). Though the bloke testing it was too busy wanting a quick go in it & was asking me what it was like to drive & said he would let me off with it.
A bit crazy since its an optional extra & another car without them are hardly going to fail for not having headlight washers.
Will be getting an OPC to fix them for free during next visit, since still under warranty.
