OPC GT3 MkII

A friend of mine is test driving the red GT3 @ OPC Hatfield tomorrow....however, the salesman has mentioned that the car has been prepped by Reading, due to the fact it's recently had a frontal impact; but wouldn't elaborate further on this! Obviously, if it's been that bad it'll rightly affect it's value???

Does anybody know anything about this car's history?
