rear speakers boxster + short shift on 550s

i saw on US boards that many boxster owners have fitted rear speakers.
I have pcm2 and sound pack (non-bose).
I am wondering where is the best place to buy in Europe and if it is worth doing.
My understanding is that there is a OEM kit that exists?
2nd question is around the short shift: the boxster 550 spyder has a lower stick than normal boxsters.
But it is NOT the short shift kit.
I was wondering if the b&m or the www.carnewal.com would fit?
Which one is the one to have that is the closest (or the same??) to the factory kit.
I do not want my warranty to be unvalidated and i understand that the carnewal is being sold as factory equipment.
Does anyone know?
