Boxster S brakes...

...My mum has a Boxster S that is due it's MOT next week and possibly new discs and pads all round,does anyone have any experience of changing the brakes regarding which to go for?Standard porsche parts or anything 3rd party to consider?She uses the car infrequently and does not track the car.

That's a recipe for corrosion. May just need the discs skimming. an inspection will tell.

Thats what the garage has said,they said discs are scored.
