Have been reading the forum for sometime and thanks for the useful bits of info one and all... but this week has topped it all as I picked up my first 911... a 997 C2s (05)... Atlas Gray, Black Leather, Adaptive Sports Seats, Sports Chrono... and absolutely adore it!!

Bought it from OPC Bristol and had the PSE fitted at same time... what an awesome noise!!

Is it me, or are these cars infectious... once under your skin can't think of anything else... only picked it up on Wednesday and have already been out washing it this morning (Zymol of course!!)... now that is unheard of for me!!

Cheers

Andy

At least you don't have to 'adapt' the rear seats on a 996 TT!

Nice one AMCB.

I saw an atlas grey.
Struck me as being more of a blue than a grey.Would you agree ?

Thanks one and all for saying hello

The buying experience was absolutely first rate... even to the extent that when the money wasn't transfered by the bank in time to pick the car up they gave me a C2S Cab for the evening (... if you ever think about having terracotta leather by the way... don't!! Or buy some VERY dark glasses!!!... apologies in advance to anyone who has!!)

All in all a very satisfying experience.... even before driving the car... which is even more satisfying!! A female friend of my wife's said as I took her for a spin "God it puts a smile on my face, can't imagine what it does to you!"... then blushed!

Just driven to London and back today to pick up a baby seat I bought on ebay.. amazing what excuses you can make for getting out and driving aren't there!!

Cheers
